If you purchased a digital preorder, Bookfunnel will send your link on release day. If you can’t find the email, check your spam (for Gmail accounts, it’s Promotions). 

Additionally, check your email for your receipt from me. The download link included on the receipt will give you the option to download a PDF or JPG with the same Bookfunnel information found on this page.
